Session I: Why are women still under-represented in leadership positions within commercial real estate?
CREW Network, in partnership with the MIT Center for Real Estate, published an industry-wide study in September 2020 to measure progress for women and benchmark diversity in commercial real estate. The study, conducted every five years, provides critical industry data and insights, including the factors that influence career satisfaction and success.
CREW UK launched in 2017 and 2020 was the first survey where the UK participated, identifying key trends and issues.
To further explore these key issues with Ginny Gibson, Professor Emerita, Henley Business School, Reading University and CREW UK Board Member, and Despina Katsikakis, Executive Partner, Global Head of Total Workplace, Cushman & Wakefield, CREW UK is hosting this first event within a three-part series of roundtables for members only. The aim of this series is to create a platform for open-discussion about gender and diversity in CRE and to support DEI initiatives within individual organisations and across the sector.
A short article drawing on the data and findings from the discussion will be generated with all comments anonymous.
LIMITED REGISTRATION is available.
