CREW Event at LHR16 – 6th July 2023
Amazon and CREW UK are hosting a panel discussion on “The essential skills and attributes to drive success in real estate”. This conversation will focus on helping members’ with their self-development and refining skillsets to move them forwards in their career journey. Panellists will offer practical advice that is widely applicable to a range of real estate professions and backgrounds.  
 
The discussion will include: 
1.    What success in real estate means to panellists. 
2.    Discussion on general skills required in the Real Estate industry and those that set candidates apart. 
3.    Examples from panellists’ personal experience of skills needed to identify or create opportunities and to overcome challenges in real estate. 
4.    How to recognise your own strengths or weaknesses and getting the skill-balance right i.e. not under-indexing or over-indexing. 
5.    How to demonstrate your skillset to a potential employer. 
6.    Top tips and resources to hone your skillset.
