CREW UK is continuing its Design and Construction Series with a project showcase presented by Seven Partnership. Let Seven virtually walk you through how their team led the programme and project management for British Red Cross’ extensive HQ refurbishment during the pandemic. Implementing a fully collaborative people and places programme comprising of 6 different workstreams was instrumental to this successful delivery.
Within the London-based project totalling 85,000 square feet, the occupied building presented numerous challenges including a large-scale moves programme whilst the charity maintained business operations at all times. Through sheer determination, practical completion was achieved whilst the UK experienced its first lockdown in 2020.
Chris Maddison and Neil Marshall will highlight how the British Red Cross committed to a fully flexible working environment that has become a motivating, agile and collaborative space transforming working methods.
