Harvard Business Review projected that the pandemic will only continue to widen the gender pay gap as women stay working from home and men return to visibility in the office. CREW Network’s 2020 #crewbenchmark, study found a 34% overall #genderpaygap in #CRE, a nearly 11% increase from 2015. This disparity is even worse for BIPOC women. If we don’t act soon, the consequences of this backslide will fair outlast the pandemic.
