Only 34% of COP26 committees, and 39% of those leading delegations, were women. At the 2021 G7 Summit, there was only one woman amongst the decision makers.  According to UN Women, more than 150 countries still have laws that discriminate against women.

The climate crisis is on our doorstep and it is affecting us all.

She Changes Climate (SCC) is a non-profit campaigning organisation, driving awareness of the crucial role of women in accelerating just climate action.

Gensler is a global architecture, design, and planning firm using design to create a better world. As an industry leader, Gensler’s mission is to transform the built environment for a net zero future with every project, in every location, and for every person.

Join us at 5:30pm on Tuesday 11th October at Gensler’s London HQ to learn more about She Changes Climate and to view a short documentary film which supports female leadership in the face of climate change, giving a voice to those female leaders left absent from global climate negotiations, and explores the actions necessary to drive a better future.  Following the film viewing, there will be a panel conversation with sustainability experts from Element 4, Gensler and Howard Kennedy, as well as an opportunity to network with drinks and canapes. Please register to attend.
