Ginny Gibson

With an extensive career as an academic in real estate at University of Reading, Ginny has been passionate about how business change leads to new property requirements for organisations and has researched and taught all aspects of corporate real estate including the development of sustainable real estate strategies, new workplace management, and measuring the performance of real estate in a business context.

During Ginny’s last seven years at Reading and following a merger with University of Reading, she was Deputy Dean for Henley Business School helping to lead the integration.  With this experience, Ginny developed and implemented change management strategies supporting the organisations during the merger process. 

Ginny serves as a board member for Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW) UK and is Board Advisor for the CREW UK Connects Mentorship Programme.  As a non-executive director for several organisations including the Portsmouth Naval Base Property Trust which looks after property in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Ginny is utilising her leadership skills to support a wide range of real estate initiatives.   

Ginny lives in West Berkshire with her husband and two grown children nearby.  She also oversees her online art studio.
