Adina is Director of Flexible Housing at Greystar, tasked with consolidating Greystar’s global strategy around the development and acquisition of Flexible Housing assets.

Adina was most recently Vice President of Investments at The Collective, responsible for new acquisitions, investor relations, transaction management, and growth strategies in the UK and Ireland.

She was previously with Greystar’s UK investments team focused on the acquisitions of built-to-rent development opportunities across London and the UK, including 101 George Street in Croydon, or the tallest modular building in the world at the time. Prior to joining Greystar in 2016, Adina worked in acquisitions and asset management for The Dermot Company, a vertically integrated residential company in New York City, buying and managing properties in New York and Florida. From 2012 to 2014 she worked in commercial brokerage in New York across retail, industrial, hotel, and multifamily properties in the US at Marcus & Millichap and Avison Young. She started her career in commercial real estate with Knight Frank in Bucharest, Romania in 2010, setting up the group’s local investment sales team as well as working on office leasing transactions.

Adina holds an MSc in Real Estate from New York University and a BA in International Studies and French Studies from Emory University. She has been an active member of ULI since 2013 and has served on the ULI UK Residential Council Steering Committee since 2017. She is the founder and host of a monthly breakfast club for women in London, Ladies in Real Estate. In 2018, she was named a RESI Trailblazer by PropertyWeek. In 2019 she was named on Bisnow’s list of women shaping the future of real estate in the UK.
