CREW UK is delighted to announce that Sowgol Zarinchang, Managing Director, Way of Life and CREW UK member and mentor, has been announced as the 2021 Property Management 50 Award winner in the Build to Rent category. Property Management 50 recognise and celebrate excellence in residential property management in the UK.

Sowgol oversees Long Harbour’s portfolio of private rented sector developments in the UK. Prior to joining Way of Life, Sowgol spent 17 years in real estate responsible for implementing management strategies in-line with industry assets. She has led the marketing, PR activities and the implementation of digital platforms for companies such as JLL (Director of Serviced Apartments), Folio London (Director of Private Rent) and Notting Hill Housing Trust (Director of Student Lets). In 2018, Sowgol was nominated as one of the top 49 women who will shape the future of the UK real estate.

Winning the Property Management 50 Build to Rent Award is an industry accolade and recognises the work put forth by Sowgol and her excellent multi-skilled team. In catching up with Sowgol to discuss the Award, she notes the honour of being chosen alongside other talented nominees and winners. Sowgol is appreciative of the professionals who voted and judges for acknowledging Way of Life's accomplishments over the last 12 months.

Sowgol shared that it is important for the real estate industry to recognise a customers's experience rather than a transaction.  She said, “people often refer to ‘first impressions’ at the Way of Life, and I would hope that the experience is a long lasting one. It is fantastic to see the dial being shifted in this regard."
