Mentoring is a cornerstone for advancement in any industry. It is especially valuable in commercial real estate, which relies heavily on business networking and leveraging relationships for connections. The knowledge exchanged enables mentors and mentees to build upon the shared experiences of others and advance their careers.

According to the 2020 CREW Network benchmark study, 43% percent of men and 32% of women aspire to reach the C-suite in commercial real estate. In addition, women under 40 were more likely than women over 40 to target the C-suite level.

The CREW UK Connects Mentorship programme is flexible, supportive and impactful.  Mentees can choose their mentors, connect with and learn from them, and build their network on their terms.

CREW UK has initiated four mentoring programees since June 2020, offering 1,250+ hours of mentorship and connecting 100+ mentees with 50+ mentors.  Countless relationships have been built providing real estate professionals with a platform to progress their careers.

Launch 4.0 will initiate in January 2022 offering 250+ hours.  Key start dates are below:
